59 days in!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh - 59 days ago, I said "I will" or was it "I do"?????? oh my goodness, the day was amazing, beautiful, more than I could have imagined, surrounded by family and friends who made the day all that it was, it was not possible without the love, time, money and devotion of so many hands and feet. Karl and I are so blessed to have so many wonderful cherished dear friends/family in our lives.

The boys were so cute in matching outfits!
Christopher beamed with smiles when it was time to join us in the sand ceremony.

The sun was shining, the ocean was blue, everyone was smiling, including the bride! as her hubby to be held back his tears of joy behind dark sunglasses.

The day went by so quick! before I knew it everyone was saying good bye and the evening was upon us.......yeah, yeah, yeah..........

We had an relaxing week at the cottage, enjoying one anothers company ( you can read between the lines)shopping in Kennebunkport, walks on the beach, ect....

We haven't gotten quite settled yet, because we are waiting to move out of my apartment and into a mobile. I can hardly wait - to be able to finally open and use wedding gifts and make our home nice and cozy comfy feeling just in time for Christmas.

Had a wonderful weekend
Shopping on Saturday w/ Sis & BFF, found everything and purchased all remaining items needed for wedding outfits for myself, Karl & Christopher - SWEET!

Sunday was awesome also - Karl & Chris came down and I made us all breakfast (WW pancakes w/SF syrup, bacon & turkey sausage, coffee and milk - then off to church we went as a family and as we arrived, Christopher said to me "I wish we could come down early every time and have breakfast together...." oh it was so sweet, I told him in a couple of weeks he would be there all the time and we would do breakfast again and again. We then met Chris's Mom & Step-Dad at the park for a chit/chat, thought it went well - then we coooled off with DQ and a trip to Gilford beach and had fun in the water for a couple of hours!
We finished the evening with dinner @ Friendly's

I know, I know - it's been over a month since my last thoughts.......

But - time on the computer is limited - so I have a few moments right now to update thoughts and pics.

Wedding plans are rolling along.....with wonderful and appreceited help from amazing girl friends.

Enjoying taking pre-marriage classes - learning all we can about each other and preparing for the lifetime journey ahead - I can hardly wait to be Mrs. Weimann - yikes!

Praying for beautiful weather on wedding day - a beach wedding........my outfit is 3/4 bought (stumbled into a shop in down town Portsmouth and am speechless that I walked out with something that fit me!)

My BFF/M of H/Wedding coord - tells me not to fret over the details - I'm trying not to :-)

I'm getting married!!! OMGosh

My Dad has been in and out of the hospital for several weeks now - but is at rehab and mending slowly.............gonna keep on praying

I am so enjoying my times with Karl & Christopher and we are making memories - sweet ones.

Chris just turned 9 years old and Zander shared a special day w/us and then on that Sunday the 3 of us went to the beach for the 1st time together (see new pics)

The Boys!

So last week I picked my nephew Zander up and met Karl & Christopher in Alton for our 1st boys get together. We had plans to play miniture golf, but unfortuantely they had not opened for the full season yet and are only open on the weekends (this was a Wednesday). We had dinner at McD's - both boys ordered the same meal - and were glued to their DS games (the common bond) - because the golf place was closed we went to Shipleys for ice cream and then just hung out at the docks, the boys played their DS games - actually Zander played and Chris watchedm trying to pick up pointers, Zander has some special nifty game attachement that helps to get to higher levels and Chris so wanted to learn all the tricks! I'm going to try and pick him up one for his birthday in June. They both share the same birth month - but are a year apart - Zander is older - but Chris towers over him in height......

It was a nice get together - enjoyed by all - Chris can hardly wait to see Zander again, keeps asking When????? :-)

Karl and I just enjoyed being together in the middle of the week and it was a nice comfy night weather wise - we even saw a plane/boat land on the Bay(not sure what they are called)

BFF coming home!

My Best Friend is coming home today from her Vac/Honeymoon from Hawaii - I get to pick her up at the airport!
I've missed her - but so happy that her & Chris got to get away on a surprise (OMG he won a trip)honeymoon!
We will have so many stories to share about what has happened in our lives in the past 6 days.....I'm so excited!
Is it 3:30 yet???????(time I will leave for airport)
Shucks it's only 9:41am and she's just leaving LAX about now............going to be a long day :-)

Rings!

Wedding bands have been ordered........OMGosh!

Karl & I spent several hours shopping around on Saturday for rings, but not coming to a final conclusion and then searched on-line Sunday morning - with frustration........no one offered Karl's ring size (14 1/2) I know big finger :-)

But in the end - we happened to be in Dover yesterday on our way back to the mall, but running out of time before needing to head to the Combined service @ the Whit - I suggested we stop at Nasr Jeweler (In between Roger's & Panera Bread) I was a little skeptical, being a small business that the prices may be higher - but we went in anyways and was greeted warmly and withing 15 minutes, we found what we had been looking for, sizes and style that no one else could guarantee us - so we said Yes - order them..........so his & her bands are ordered and paid for and we are one step closer to a wedding!!!!!!

And we found rings and ordered them on our 1 month anniversary of being engaged!!!!!!

I so wish I could share this good news with my BFF - but she is in Hawaii.....................

The weekend!

Ahhhhh!
The weekend has arrived... well just as soon as I walk out the door from work :-)

Going to be in Farm town this coming week watching little Bella while my BFF is away in Hawaii - I treid to squeeze in a suitcase - but no luck!

Will make sure to post next week with Bella & Tobie stories and pics!

Been a month since my last thoughts.......well not actually just a month since I've taken the time to type them here in this space........

1st day of April! Spring is finally here - and the flowers will be out soon, the birds are singing and the trees are budding - the world is becoming fresh again after a long hard winter.

It's snowing again......

Yup - it's snowing again..........when will spring arrive????? I know, I know it's still only February but gosh I want spring to come now!!!! I want to see green grass and tulips growing, hear birds singing and feel warm breezes on my face - is that toooooo much to ask for????
